Last Will
and Testament
W. P. Pool
State of
Georgia Wilcox County
I, W. P.
Pool of said State and County, being of sound and disposing mind and
memory do make this my last will and testament revoking any other
previously made.
Item 1:
I wish my
executor, as soon as possible after my death to pay all debts, If as
sale of property is necessary I wish for him to select for sale such
items as can be sold to greatest advantage for that purpose.
Item 2:
I give to
my wife Henrietta, son John and daughter Edna Pool the following real
estate, Twenty five acres of lot of land No. Two hundred and fifty four
and five acres of lot No. Two hundred and fifty nine all in the eighth
district of Wilcox County Ga.
My wifes
interest in above is intended in lieu of dower, and at her death to go
to John and Edna Pool and in case she should marry then and there to
become the property of John and Edna Pool.
Item 3,
I give to
my wife, son John and Edna Pool, all personal property and effects of
all kind.
Item 4,
I do hereby
appoint my son John W. Pool, executor of this my will and request that
no bond be required.
Item 5:
I give to
my son B.F. Pool and daughters, Mrs. Minnie Troy Johnson, Mrs. Mattie C.
Lasseter, Mrs. Carrie P. Barton One dollar each.
In
testimony whereof I have hereunto set my hand and affixed my seal this
the 20th day of July 1925.
