State of Georgia Wilcox County

I, Susan Francis McLeod of said State and County being of sound and disposing mind and memory do make this my last will and testament.

Item First. I give bequeath and devise to my daughter Annie Pauline McLeod the sum of Three Thousand Dollars to be paid to her from the proceeds of the sale of my property.

Item Second. I give bequeath and devise to my daughter Zif McLeod the sum of Three Thousand Dollars to be paid to her from the proceeds of the sale of my property.

Item Third. I hereby direct my Executor to sell all my property both real and personal of every kind whatsoever and after paying all necessary debts and expenses of Administration and the sums mentioned in Items First and Second to divide the proceeds of said sale equally between my children to wit: Charles Roderick McLeod, Robert McLeod, Annie Pauline McLeod, Zif McLeod and one share to be equally divided among my three Grand Children the children of my daughter Harriet Buff to wit: Mary Will Buff Clinton Ward Buff and Harriet Ettie Buff. Sale of property to be either public or private as Executor determines.

Item Fourth. I have already advanced to my children Charles Roderick McLeod Robert F. McLeod and Harriett Buff & her children money and property to the amount and value of Three Thousand Dollars for each of them which advancements together with the terms of Item Third gives to each of my heirs an equal share in my estate.

Item Fifth I hereby Constitute and appoint Charles Roderick McLeod Executor of this my Last Will and Testament. This August 19th 1915.

Signed declared and published by Susan Francis McLeod as her last will and Testament in the presence of us the subscribers who subscribed our names hereto in the presence of said Testator (at her instance and request) and of each other she signing in our presence and we signing in her presence.
