State of Georgia Wilcox County

I, Mary V. Marshall of said State and County being of sound and disposing mind and memory do make this my last will and testament hereby revoking all will heretofore made by me.

Item 1st I give to my beloved Daughter Mrs. Hennie A. Cohen during her life and at her death to the heirs of her body the following real estate to wit: the North one half of lot of land No 282 in the 20th District of Pulaski County Georgia containing 101 ¼ acres more or less also 80 acres more or less of lot of land No 287 in the 20th district of Pulaski County Georgia and described as follows Commencing where the present line crosses the pasture fence then running said fence to the Wild Goose pond thence running the original land line in a Northern direction to the North west corner thence running the Original line in a Eastern direction to the line of lot of land No 282 then the Original line in a Southern direction to a Surveyed line Thence down said line to the Starting point Also all the land I own on lot of land No 308 in the 20th District of Pulaski County, Georgia lying South west of the branch running out of Poor hope pond and known as the red land field also 60 acres more or less of lot of land no 313 in the 20th district of Pulaski County Georgia and known as Sand Hammock said property to remain together until the youngest child of Mrs. Hennie A. Cohen becomes 21 years old.

Item 2nd I give to my beloved son Daniel L. McLeod all the land I won on lot of land No 287 in the 20th District of Pulaski County Georgia that is lying on the South side of the fence from the surveyed line to the Wild Goose Pond thence running the branch from the Wild Goose pond to the branch that runs to the Poor Hope Pond and there up said branch to the poor hope pond to the land line of Free Vaughn and better known as the John Vass field and Grisam field.

Item 3rd I give to my Grand Daughter Pauline Cohen my piano if she dies without heir the piano then to go to my Grand Daughter Adeline Cohen.

Item 4th I do hereby appoint A.T. Daniel Executor of this my will. In testimony whereof I have hereunto set my hand this 9th day of October 1909.

Signed and published by Mrs. Mary V. Marshall as her last will and testament in the presence of the undersigned who subscribed our names hereto as Witnesses at the instance and request of the testatrix and in her presence and in the presence of each other this the 9th day of October 1909.
