Last Will and Testament of J.F. Faircloth Jr.

 State of Georgia Wilcox County. 

In the name of God amen.

 I J.F. Faircloth Jr. of said State and County being of sound mind and memory remembering that I must depart this life deem it right and proper both as respect to my family and myself that I should make a disposition of the property with which a kind providence has blessed me. I do therefore make this my last will and Testament hereby revoking and annulling all others by me heretofore made.

 First I desire and direct that my body be buried in the decent and Christian like manner suitable to my Circumstances and Conditions in life. My soul I trust shall return to rest with God who gave it and I hope for Salvation through the merits and atonement of the blessed Lord and Savior Jesus Christ.

 Second I want all my debts paid as soon as practically also all debts that I am security after the principal failing or refusing to settle same.

 Third I want Dellah Catherine my youngest sister to have maintain keep manage educate and control as she would her own child Otis Faircloth my only child so long as she lives and he under 21 years of age and in the event of her death prior to his reaching the years of maturity I want some of my brothers and sisters to have the management and control of him just as she (Dellah Catherine) has I further want Dellah to have all my property for her trouble in raising and Caring for him and in the event of her and the Childs death after caring for mine, my wife and Child’s graves properly I want the remainder if something left to be equally divided among my brothers and sisters. I hereby Constitute and appoint Dellah Catherine Executrix of this my last will and testament this August 13th 1911.

 Signed sealed delivered by J.F. Faircloth Jr. as his last will and testament in the presence of the undersigned who subscribe our names hereto in the presence of said testator at his special instance and request and in the presence of each other this August 13th 1911.
