Last Will
and Testament

Georgia Wilcox County
I, E.T.
Tippett of said State and County being of sound and disposing mind and
memory do make this my last will and testament hereby revoking all wills
heretofore made by me.
Item 1st
I wish my Executor as soon as possible after my death to pay my debts if
a sale of property shall be necessary I wish him to select for sale that
which can be most advantageously used for that purpose and I authorize
him to sell the same at public or private sale as he may see fit.
Item 2nd
I give to my beloved wife Sarah Francis the following property to wit:
the House and lot where I now reside in the Town of Seville, Wilcox Co.
Georgia and lot of land Number 250 in the 11th District of
Crisp County Ga.
Item 3rd I
give to my beloved Daughter Lizzie A. Pearce Lot of Land Number 128 in
the 12th District of Wilcox County Ga and also at the death
of my wife the property donated to her to go to my Daughter Lizzie A.
Pearce.
Item 4th
I give to my beloved daughter Mary Emma Calhoun Lots of land Number 246
in 11th District of Crisp County Ga and 275 in the 12th
District of Wilcox County Ga given to the said Mary Emma Calhoun and the
heirs of her body should she die without any bodily heirs the property
given her then to go to Lizzie A. Pearce and her bodily heirs.
Item 5th
The remainder of my property not herein disposed of to be equally
divided between my wife and two Daughters share and share alike.
Item 6th
I do hereby appoint my Brother John D. Tippett Executor of this my will.
In testimony whereof I have hereunto st my hand this 21st day
of March 1910.

published by E.T. Tippett as his last will and testament in the presence
of the undersigned who subscribe our names hereto as Witnesses at the
instance and request of said testator and in his presence and in the
presence of each other This the 21st day of March 1910.
