In the name of God, amen, I Elener Fuller being of sound and disposing mind and memory, but weak in body and not and not knowing how soon I may be called upon to leave this life, do make publish and disclose the following to be my last will and testament, hereby revoking or annulling all other wills which I may at my time have made.

Item 1.0 first – After my death I wish & desire to be buried in a neat & Christian like manner, suitable to my circumstances and condition of life.

Second – That all my present debts be paid as soon as possible
I give and bequeath to my son Samuel D. Fuller my two (2) negroes, Stephen & Jake to have & to hold forever, also all the rest of my property except my house and furniture.

Third, I will & desire that my son Samuel D. Fuller shall pay to my sons Wade H. Fuller & Benjamin F. Fuller in money the value of the said negro woman Jane.

Fourth I will that my household furniture be divided equally between my two granddaughters Nancy Elener Fuller Daughter of S.D. Fuller & Elener Fuller of B. F. Fuller 

Fifth I hereby appoint my son S.D. Fuller executor of this my last Will & Testament 

Made published and declared by Elener Fuller as her last Will and Testament, this December Third (3rd) 1858

The above and foregoing instrument made, published & recorded by Elener Fuller as her last will and testament who signed the same in our presence as having signed said instrument as witnesses presence of the said Elener Fuller & in the presence of each other, this Decmber 3rd 1858.

Before me James W. Mashburn Ordinary of the Said County came in person Samuel D. Fuller, Executor of the last will & testament of Elener Fuller deceased late of said county and also the witnesses to said Will, Adolphus A.F. Reid, Miles Fitzgerald, Joshua A. Luke who being duly sworn depose and say that they signed the written will in the presence of Testatrix, in the presence of each other at her special instance and that said Testatrix name was signed to said will by A.A.F. Reid in the presence of Testatrix. I saw that H.A.F. Reid at her request and in the presence of each of us.

Entered this October 10th 1859
Thereupon it is ordered by the Court that the said Will be admitted to Record as the last Will & Testament of Eliner Fuller & that letters Testamentary to issue thereon to Samuel D. Fuller Executor in terms of Law.
