Served during the War Between the States in Co. A, 66th Georgia Infantry.  He held the rank of Private.  He died at Camp Chase Prison, Ohio of pneumonia on 01 February 1865.  He is interned in grave # 997.
He was a brother of Simeon K. Wilson and Gillie Wilson.

Admitted to Chimborazo Hospital #4, at Richmond, VA with typhoid fever, May 13, 1862, and died there May 17,1862.

Widow's Pension-Wilcox County, Ga.-1891-Mrs. S. K. Wilson. Married to S. K. Wilson on 1-22-1857. He served with Co. H, 10th Regt. Ga. Vols. He died at Chimborazo Hospital, Richmond, Va. with typhoid pneumonia on 5-17-1862.

Married to John R. Winn in Wilcox County, Ga. on 2-27-1871. He served with Co. F, 3rd Regt. S. C.

He died in Wilcox County, Ga. on 10-6-1919.

Buried in the Cedar Creek Baptist Church Cemetery, Wilcox County, Ga.

Widow's Pension-Wilcox County, Ga.-1893-Elizabeth Wright. Married to George James Wright on 3- -1861. Wilcox Co. GA Marriage Records: James G. Wright to Elizabeth Stone 3-24-1861. He served with Co. E, 49th Regt. Ga. Vols.

He died at Richmond, Va. on 12-1862.
